When you call the surgery, administrative staff may gather some information from you.  They do this to help the clinical team and to enable your care to be given in the right place at the right time.  It may be that your problem could be dealt with by another member of the team such as a Pharmacist, Optician, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Worker or Social Prescriber.  Any information you disclose to any member of staff is confidential.
