Appointments
Appointments System
The Health Centre is open from Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Appointments can be made by telephone or in person. One of our Medical Administrators will gather some basic information from you. They will then arrange for a Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to call back to assess your symptoms and arrange an appointment with one of our healthcare professionals.
The services of an interpreter are available should this be deemed necessary. If you require interpreter services, please inform one of our Medical Administrators prior to your appointment.

Home Visits
Home visits are for people who are seriously ill or housebound. All such requests should be made before 10am so that we can plan our day and ensure patients most in need of medical assistance can be attended to in a timely manner.
A member of the Medical Administrative Team will ask the nature of the problem. A Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner will call you back to obtain futher information about your symptoms and assess the degree of urgency.
House calls are at the doctor’s discretion.
